I heard a particular term used to describe the fighting technique in which the attacker or defender uses objects in their immediate surroundings to defend themselves. (Similarly to Jason Bourne, Michael Weston [of USA Network's "Burn Notice"], MacGyver and sometimes Jackie Chan)
I can't recall the term; does anyone know what I'm referring to?
What is the technical name for the fighting technique in which you objects as improvised weapons to defend?
It sounds like you are talking about weapons of opportunity. There is no specifically named technique for it. Mainly you just pick up an object and, if you have trained in a martial art that uses weapons, you use whatever technique best fits the object. If you have no training, then you just figure out what would work. Most of is semi-instinctive. If you pick up a pool cue, you don鈥檛 need training to know you can swing it like a base ball bat or thrust like a spear. I hope this helps.

What is a good name for a "dockside pub" in a small fishing community?
I want the name to be followed by "Dockside Pub" in the same way that Applebee's is followed by "neighborhood grille and bar"
This is an alcohol only pub, no food will be served.
It is a blue collar community. The tourists are of the retired fisherman variety in a part of the state with a lot of arts and crafts attractions. It just only 2 miles downstream from a major tourist attraction, Branson and the Branson Landing riverwalk. We are looking for a 'catchy' name. We considered the name 'Happy Hooker', a play on words for fisherman but the connotation scared us off. Any suggestions?

But I really like, simply, Dockside Pub... it sounds very inviting and quaint. Otherwise, no matter what you call it (like Branson, or Angler's or Steve's or whatever)...there's always going to be someone who hates Branson, Fishermen, or Steve.

What is it the name of this electric transportation?
My father is interested in discovering the name of a personal transportation device. This two wheel vehicle stands upright and the speed is controlled by the degree to which the person leans forward. The vehicle is slowed down by leaning backwards. I remember seeing this type of transportion on the beach (they're a great wy to cruise the boardwalk) Any ideas?

What is the name of the item that is used to contact your Slayer Master in RuneScape?
I have just rejoined members and forgotten what item is needed to contact Slayer Masters. I know it's like a crystal ball but what is it called and where can I buy it from?
I disposed mine before I left members last year.
What is the name of the item that is used to contact your Slayer Master in RuneScape?
The item used to contact slayer masters during an assignment is called an Enchanted Gem. Enchanted Gems can be bought from all of the slayer masters. Their locations are as follows:
Turael/Spria*, Burthorpe
Mazchna, Canifis
Vannaka, Edgeville Dungeon
Chaelda, Zanaris (The Lost City)
Sumona, Pollnivneach
Duradel/Disciple of the Devourer*, Shilo Village
*During the While Guthix Sleeps quest, two of the Slayer Masters, Tureal and Duradel, die. Upon their deaths, two new Slayer Masters replace their positions. The replacements Spria and Disciple of the Devourer perform exactly the same roles as their formers, this includes selling the enchanted gems.
Reply:It is the enchanted gem you can go to any slayer master to get another, im pretty sure there is one in the champions guild mite be wrong.
i found the places now
Turael and Spria Burthorpe
Chaelda Zanaris @ the Lost City
Sumona Pollnivneach
Duradel/Disciple of the Devourer Shilo Village
