What is the name of a good music cutting/joining program?

I need to find an mp3 cut/join program so i can create a mix for my dance routine. I'd like to find a free one online to download, but if you have the name of a good one i can buy, i'd like to know about that too.

Honestly most of those answers won't provide a good mix. If you want a quality mix you should use DJ software to beatmatch transitions etc. I personally like Virtual DJ, which is free to try for 30 days, so you can record your mix in that time. A free solution would be Mixxx
