What is the name of science that takes into account all that is known about our world?

Is there a term for the kind of science that comes to a conclusion about a subject in the frame of all that is known?

example: science that does not have a field, but rather comes to a certain conclusion in psychology, for example, while relating it to previously acquired knowledge in physiology, so that the knowledge itself does not clash with other fields of science.

The word science means to know. We are all scientists as we study about the world.
