What is the name of the Italian appetizer with sliced mozzarella cheese and sliced tomatoes?
Insalata Caprese

You use Buffalo Mozzarella, Tomatoes, and Basil leaves, alternate a slice of mozzarella, slice of tomato, and a basil leaf. Make a full circle of these, drizzle some olive oil, salt and pepper over it, and VOILA!

It was actually created to resemble the italian flag! hence the color choices.
