What is the name of the ornamental plant with deep green & white striped & deep red under leafed plant?

This plants multiplies by itself, waxy green %26amp; white leafed and the back of the leaf is burgundy.

Sounds like it is the Zebra plant or the botanical name is (Calathea sp) it may also be known as the peacock plant. There are over 300 different species of this plant so there are alot of different coloured foliage types of this plant . This plant is actually really only grown for the foliage and it spreads undergruond by rhizomes.(which are sort of like tubers) Hope it's the plant your looking for!
