The other day I seen on TV a program that can turn your handwritten letters (script etc) into actual documents. The name of it was "fly" something and now I wish I would have wrote it down since I can't find the program anywhere. Do you know the name of this download program?

There is a technology called OCR (Optical Character Recognition) which is a feature of all scanners nowadays which will convert written text into a digital format.
If you have a scanner have a look on the manufacturers website and see if there is software that will do it, otherwise a new scanner is sub $100 these days.
