The technique I'm talking about is the one where, within a black %26amp; white image, one section/object/individual has color in it.

It is simply called tinting. There are kits you can purchase at hobby and craft stores, or if you have a photo program on your computer, you can do it there. Just change your downloaded images to B%26amp;W, then click on the areas you want tinted and what color. Try downloading GIMP on line. It is free. Good luck!
